In this presentation, Annie will read selections from her novel, After Words (2024), and speak about its implications for psychoanalysis. To enter the novel is to read language as a poetics and follow its effects, reading a saviour of the unconscious in a space beyond the clinic. The reader is invited to listen for the work of the unconscious at play everywhere in this novel. Copies of Annie’s book will be available for purchase.
